In particular, the following kinds of information are collected as applicable: Personal information, such as your name, social security number, address, contact information (email and phone number), and information about your dependents; Earnings and deduction information, including but not limited to your employment, earnings, tax withholding, passive income, and potentially deductible expenses/receipts; Payment information, such as credit card information necessary to process payment. Payment information is never retained longer than it takes to process the transaction with your bank.

 

Information Disclosed

 

Affiliated and non-affiliated third parties may be given access to your information only upon your express authorization to process the transaction(s) you have asked us to perform. For example, filing your tax return with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and relevant state and local tax authorities. We may submit your information to a data processing agency to facilitate electronic filing of tax returns and other forms to the IRS and state/local tax authorities. If you pay by credit card, your credit card information will be shared with the credit card processing company and subject to their privacy policy. We will never sell or share your personal information for any other purpose. No information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties
