2025 TAX DEADLINE

 

The filing deadline for Individual (Form 1040) returns is: Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

 

To minimize late filing penalties and interest, which are your responsibility, we require all information as early as possible, but no later than Friday, March 27, 2026.

We cannot guarantee that your return will be completed before the deadline if you submit your forms and information after this date. You will be put on extension if we cannot prepare your return. There will be an extension fee of $50 if you are a new client to us.

If you require a tax return "rushed", we will attempt to accommodate based on our workload. If your forms are not uploaded and completed by our document cutoff date of Friday, March 27, 2026, the following minimum rush fees, based on complexity, may apply:

 

After Friday, March 27: $150

After Friday, April 3: $300

After Friday, April 10: Not available

 

Similar rush fees apply to extended tax return deadlines.

​We also have a drop-off location at Out Of The Box, 375 Redondo Ave, Box #424, Long Beach, CA 90814 for those that cannot scan and upload paperwork. There will be a $50 drop off fee added to your tax preparation fee. Your documents will be returned to you via mail.
